We recently stayed at Naama Bay Hotel & Resort in Sharm El Sheikh to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience for our entire family. From the moment we arrived, the personal touch and attention to detail from the team made us feel so special. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Amr Saad, the General Manager, whose professionalism and kindness went above and beyond all expectations. He personally welcomed us, provided his direct number for any assistance during our stay, and ensured every detail of our visit was perfect. He even guided us to some fantastic local cuisines, à la carte restaurants, and helped arrange hotel transport for sightseeing around Sharm — his hospitality really made a difference. A special mention also goes to Mr. Ossama, the Restaurant Manager, who played a huge role in making my mother’s birthday celebration truly magical. He coordinated everything flawlessly — from a personalised cake to a live violinist and beautiful decorations. His attention to detail and genuine care created a moment we will never forget. Both Amr Saad and Ossama were incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay, ensuring every aspect was handled with warmth and care. They are a credit to the hotel and the hospitality industry. We wish them nothing but continued success in their careers — they truly deserve it. We left Naama Bay Hotel & Resort with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return again soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a personal, memorable, and heartwarming stay in Sharm El Sheikh.

Our stay was amazing! The Hotel is huge, with many buildings, 3 restaurants, many pools, a gym and a spa. It is located on the main shopping boulevard of Naama Bay and the beach is very close, you can reach it on foot. We had an All Inclusive package so we had all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and drinks included. Food was very good and with a large variety of products from cooked meals to vegetables, from fruit to very tasty desserts! Every day we had a refill of water bottle, tea and coffee in our room, as well as nicely perfumed toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion). Gym and spa were small but equipped with the essentials. Very good massage service! We recommend it. All the staff was great! Special thanks to Ahmed Mohamed at reception, Banderas for tours and activities, "Biro" for spa treatments, Osama and Moustafa at the restaurant. All of them were very nice and helpful and they always wore a big smile on their faces. Thanks again for making our stay memorable!

Great Hospitality. Loved our room, location , breakfast offering, pool services, etc. Great proximity to the beach, restaurant, convinient stores, etc.. Mohammed Omar at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful. The Caretaker in our section of room 900.. was very responsive to our needs. The chef at the omelette corner is the best we had in all of our previous vacations. My wife asked for a few muskmelon slices for our daughter, and the manager of the breakfast area came with a takeaway box full of muskmelon and other fruits .People at the SPA were exceptional with their services and honesty ..my wife forgot her gold chain in the SPA, and the perosnell at the reception of the SPA kept it safe and returned it to us. If I travel to Sharm El Sheikh again, I will stay here again

All 3 pools heated.Amazing friendly staff.Top location in the middle of Naama Bay with ALL the facilities!
